Spotify streaming

Hi guys

Apologies if this has been covered in previous threads however recently purchased a 2012 (62 plate) S3 and looking for a way to stream spotify through my iphone 6s.

It has the AMI (Audi music interface) and i managed to get my hands on a black cable with a yellow collar which i plugged into the music interface port in the glove compartment but it doesnt seem to work.

Please advise / help!

Are you using the AMI/MMI to lightning connector? I had no trouble with my iPhone 6s via a lightning to Apple adapter plugged into the MMI that came with my Golf 2012 tdi.

Anything played from the phone came right through. Does bluetooth work?
