Car misfiring at WOT

My 16 S3 was running fine until i did some pulls where I noticed at 6700KRPMs it started to sputter. When i slowed down to a stop the epc light came on and started misfiring/sputtering. Cylinder 4 was Misfiring but when i cleared the code it went back to normal. (Has half a tank of gas) changed the Spark plugs not too long ago less than 5K miles for sure. Intake downpipe and tuned by IE on 93.
