WI-FI Not Working...

My wifi stopped working about a month ago. No GOOGLE Earth. The car appears in my wifi dropdown and it appear to connect, but no internet.
Contacted AUDI connect and they sent another SD card, but still no access. Radio and other media work fine, just no internet. Verified through Connect my account was still active...any suggestions?

Did you activate the new SIM card?

I called Audi connect this evening to make sure the SIM card was activated. I reset the MMI, inserted the SIM card and it still tells me that there is no card present and I need to insert one. I'm beginning to wonder if there is something wrong with the card reader slot...

If it's under warranty have your dealer check it out.
