water pump going out again. warranty possible?

my water pump is leaking again. it was replaced under warranty before. the car is now out of warranty.

anyone else had theirs replaced twice under warranty?
what caused your second leak?

i ended up just replacing the unit out of pocket. i noticed that their work is pretty sloppy at the dealership.
