New keys, doesnt want to work.

Hello!
My name is Alex and im from Sweden.

I bought an Audi S3 saloon 2016 from copart and shipped it to Sweden
From that time that I won the auction until it was loaded on the trailer to the harbour, someone has stolen the keys and probably some box or something.

Because now when I have order a new key at Audi, they say that they cant program the new keys.

Is there anyone that been into the same problem?
Maybe you now what kind of box they can have been stolen from Me?

Hope you guys understand what im trying to explain.

you need to get more info from the dealership. have them look more into this. i had key made before and the programming can only be done at the dealership. have not heard of any special box.
