Help with IE Intake with Carbon lid. MK 8.5.

Any advice as to what’s going on with my IE intake? So after all the headaches of getting the correct reroute hose and trying to get the carbon fiber lid on now I’ve noticed after driving the car , the torque from the motor keeps causing the carbon fiber lid to pop above the radiator support. It’s supposed to stay under the lip. And when trying to get it back under it’s a bitch. Takes a lot of force and pressure. Even after I loosen the mounting screws. It’s really not hurting anything. It’s more for looks. And the intake works awesome. Just annoying because it happens every time. All the grommets are in and snapped down. It’s almost like the lip of the carbon fiber lid should have been longer to prevent it from popping up. Anyone else have this issue. ? And should I just live with it ? I reached out to IE, but won’t hear anything back until Monday. Thanks guys. Maybe should have went with Racing line or Cobb after all this. less
