Is there anything I need to consider when changing the car battery? I have read that the car needs to have the a new battery coded. Not sure what that means or if it’s possible to do without taking the car to the dealership. My car won’t start and I have to hook up the battery tender to it to jump it every time I drive. I was looking at ordering a new battery and changing it myself until I read about this coding issue. Anyone that can shed some light on this? Thanks.
