It's Proclipusa... been buying there products for a while now. They do look like they are OEM. Best part, they have multiple mounting locations. Only issue is that if u change your phone you will need to change the phone mount part.

this is the base section, once you select this part you choose the phone mount which sits ontop.

I didn't think much of it until I tried and this is by far my most favorite mount for A3/S3. They are OEM quality. It takes like 7 days to ship from Canada so it is bit slow.
